The next HEInnovate webinar “Student entrepreneurship and competitions” will take place on Thursday, the 29th September 2022 at 5pm CEST.
This webinar will explore ways in which student entrepreneurship is promoted, the role of entrepreneurship competitions and examples of entrepreneurship journeys from the students themselves.
The webinar will be moderated by Rebecca Allinson, a Managing Partner at Technopolis Group and it will engage:
- Alberto Corti, the Head of Partnerships and Development at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship (SSES). Alberto oversees the initiatives for entrepreneurship educators at SSES and has deep knowledge and understanding for student activities
- Minna Melleri, Chief of Advocacy and Growth at JA Europe. Minna leads JA Europe’s outreach and communications as well as the organisation’s policy work. She is also responsible for the annual Gen-E European Entrepreneurship Festival (www.gen-e.eu) which combines two annual European entrepreneurship contests for the winners of JA Company Programme and the JA Start-Up Programme from 41 countries.
- A team of three, the co-funders of Drug n Drop will be presenting their entrepreneurial journey: Nikolas Spyrellis, an active and ambitious young professional, with a wide variety of interests and experiences from entrepreneurship to sports, to travelling. Alexia Vasilaki has great interest in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy. She is actively engaged with entrepreneurship both as a young entrepreneur and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at JA Europe. Giannis Spyrellis, is passionate about Pharmacy, Business and Entrepreneurship, and serving as the Chief Scientific Officer at Drug and Drop while being enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is the perfect way to combine them.
